Directions for Use:

1. Tear off approximately 18 inches of floss.
2. Wind most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches to work with.
3. Gently slide the floss between your teeth, using a back-and-forth motion.
4. Curve the floss into a “C” shape against one tooth and slide it gently under the gum line.
5. Move the floss up and down against the tooth to remove plaque and debris.
6. Repeat for each tooth, using a clean section of floss each time.
