Vesicare 10Mg 30Tab contains solifenacin succinate, an antimuscarinic medication. The “10Mg” indicates that each tablet contains 10 milligrams of solifenacin succinate. The “30Tab” signifies that the pack contains 30 tablets.
Solifenacin works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that can cause bladder muscles to contract. By reducing these involuntary bladder muscle contractions, solifenacin helps to relieve symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB), such as frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and urge incontinence (leakage of urine due to a sudden, strong urge to urinate).

Directions for use: Always take Vesicare 10mg exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is one 5mg tablet once daily. However, your doctor may increase the dose to one 10mg tablet once daily if needed. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Vesicare can be taken with or without food. Try to take your tablet at the same time each day to help you remember. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully regarding the dosage and duration of treatment.
Important Information: Vesicare is a prescription medication. Inform your doctor if you have any allergies to solifenacin or any other ingredients in the medication. Disclose your medical history, particularly if you have difficulty emptying your bladder, have a stomach or bowel problem that causes slow emptying, have narrow-angle glaucoma, or have severe liver or kidney disease. Vesicare may cause side effects, including dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, urinary retention, and drowsiness. Inform your doctor if these side effects become bothersome. Avoid using Vesicare if you have uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma or are unable to pass urine. Inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, and herbal supplements, as interactions can occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from moisture and light.
