Description
Jazofen 400Mg 30Tab contains ibuprofen as its active ingredient. Each tablet contains 400mg of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing hormones in the body that cause pain and inflammation. It is effective in providing relief from various types of mild to moderate pain.
Jazofen 400mg tablets are used for the relief of:
- Headache
- Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
- Muscle pain
- Dental pain
- Post-operative pain
- Pain associated with colds and flu
- Minor aches and pains
Ibuprofen can also help to reduce fever and inflammation associated with certain conditions.
Jazofen 400Mg Tablets are indicated for the relief of:
- Mild to moderate pain and inflammation.
- Fever.
Directions for use: Jazofen 400Mg Tablets should be taken orally with a glass of water. The usual dose for adults is one tablet (400mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain or fever. Do not take more than 1200mg (3 tablets) in 24 hours. For children, the dose will depend on their weight and age; consult a doctor or pharmacist for appropriate dosage instructions. Take the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to relieve your symptoms. Jazofen can be taken with or without food; however, taking it with food may help to prevent stomach upset.
Important Information: Jazofen is an over-the-counter medication for occasional use. However, consult a doctor if your pain or fever persists or worsens, or if new symptoms occur. Inform your doctor if you have any underlying medical conditions, especially stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, heart problems, high blood pressure, kidney disease, or asthma. Also, tell your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including other NSAIDs and blood thinners, as interactions can occur. Common side effects may include stomach upset, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting. If you experience severe side effects such as chest pain, shortness of breath, black or tarry stools, or persistent stomach pain, seek immediate medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
