Flagyl 500mg 14 Tablets contain metronidazole, an antibiotic and antiprotozoal medication used to treat various bacterial and parasitic infections. It is effective against infections such as trichomoniasis, amebiasis, giardiasis, and certain bacterial infections of the vagina, stomach, and intestines. Metronidazole works by killing bacteria and parasites by damaging their DNA.
