Daktarin 30Gm Cream is an antifungal cream containing the active ingredient miconazole nitrate. Miconazole nitrate works by inhibiting the growth of fungi that cause infections. This 30-gram tube of Daktarin Cream is used to treat a variety of fungal skin infections, including athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), ringworm (tinea corporis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and yeast infections of the skin. Directions for Use:
Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before applying Daktarin Cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the infected skin and the immediate surrounding area. Gently rub the cream in until it disappears. Use the cream once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Continue treatment for the full duration recommended, usually for 2 to 6 weeks, even if your symptoms improve before the infection is completely cleared, to prevent recurrence. For athlete’s foot, pay particular attention to the spaces between the toes.
Precautions:
- Daktarin Cream is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have any allergies to miconazole or any other ingredients in the cream.
- If your condition does not improve after a few weeks of treatment, or if it worsens, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

- To help prevent reinfection, especially with athlete’s foot, wear clean cotton socks daily and change your shoes regularly. Ensure your shoes are well-ventilated.
