Description
Avalon Avocom 0.1% Cream contains mometasone furoate, a potent topical corticosteroid used to relieve inflammation and itching associated with various skin conditions.
Uses:
- Relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
Dosage and Administration:
Apply a thin film of Avalon Avocom 0.1% Cream to the affected skin areas once daily, or as directed by your doctor. Gently rub the cream into the skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after application. Do not use this cream on the face, groin, or underarms unless directed by your doctor. Do not bandage or cover the treated area unless instructed by your doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes.
Warnings:
- Do not use if you are allergic to mometasone furoate or any of the other ingredients.
- Inform your doctor if you have any skin infections, as this medication may worsen them.
- Prolonged use of topical corticosteroids can lead to skin thinning, stretch marks, or other skin changes.
- Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use.
- This medication is for external use only.
- Keep out of reach of children.
