4.2 Prescription Requirements
For prescription medications:
- A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required
- We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any prescription
- Prescriptions are subject to validation by our licensed pharmacists
- We will only dispense medications in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards
- Prescriptions cannot be transferred to other pharmacies once filled
4.3 Order Placement
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products specified in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

5.3 In-Store Collection
If you choose to collect your order from a Dawi Pharmacy location:
- You must present valid government-issued identification
- Collection of prescription medications may only be made by the patient or an authorized representative
- Orders not collected within 7 days may be returned to stock and refunded, less a restocking fee
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of pharmaceutical products:
- Medications and health products cannot be returned once dispensed unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
- Non-pharmaceutical products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
6.2 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time varies depending on your financial institution
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless delivery was not completed

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to our Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

13.4 Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by Dawi Pharmacy without restriction.
