DAWI PHARMACY will provide a full refund for the cost of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons. Returns must be made within 7 days with purchase receipt of receiving the goods. Items must be in their original condition unchanged (such as color change or damages). In the case of returning offer items the entire range of offer must be returned in its value at the time of the offer. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.

Once we receive your returned item, we will credit to your bank and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/ debit card.

In order to exchange an item you need to go through the returns process as described above. We will refund your credit/ debit once we receive the returned product. You must place a new order for the replacements you would like.
